    Ming-Jinn is the founder of Cultivate. He’s a trained interculturalist that speaks three languages (English, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish) and is raising three kids with his wife, Catherine, in Northeast Minneapolis. The aim of his life is to help every person around him to flourish in all that they do.

Having spent 18 years working and raising a family interculturally, Anna's passion is for equipping leaders and teams to be agile in the intercultural space. She is married to John and lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

    Juan Carlos has lived in Colombia, Honduras, and the United States. These experiences have shaped him into a deeply intercultural person who holds and values multiple perspectives. He and his wife Emily are raising four kids in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
